Rancho Park's Westside Pavillion to Open at Midnight on the Friday after Thanksgiving

The Westside Pavillion will be open at midnight on Friday, November 23. The Rancho Park mall is getting in the holiday spirit with a DJ, free parking and other promotions. The first 400 shoppers will recieve gift cards for the Landmark Theatres and the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf.

As a reporter, I loved getting up a 3 in the morning to cover Black Friday shopping and get a little shopping done myself. This year I wold have to go to sleep at all.

I hope so. I think we'll know more when the post-holiday season receipts are tallied. It would be interesting to hear what Rancho Park business owners think. Can anyone share their thoughts on whther business is or will be boming again? On a related note, I appreciate all the employees who are cutting short their Thanksgiving celebrations to be at work at our Rancho Park restaurants, movie theaters and shops that will be open for the holiday.
