Does anyone know about the plans in store for the Palms Rancho Park? The grassy field is fenced off and there are no signs or explanations posted. I inquired at the Palms Recreation Center and was given little if any information about the plans for the field. I know there were plans in the works and some blueprints were on display some time ago, but I think now would be a good time to make the plans transparent for the general public to view, since it is a…
