As a long time resident of Rancho Park, 62 years, I'm getting fed up with the mattress stores and massage parlors that line Pico Boulevard. Now I hear that the Lazy Boy and Ken Crane site is being turned into a 99¢ store. Rancho Park and Cheviot Hills is the home to many upscale, sophisticated families and professionals and we deserve better! Rancho Park / Cheviot Hills homeowners would support an upscale specialty supermarket, fine restaurants, a book store and boutiques! No more mattress stores, No massage parlors (they're all over the place) and No Giant 99¢ Store!

Paul, here's my cell number lets talk. 3108195985
I will find out. Would be nice, if the streetscape, reflected the area.
Hi Michael. How do we go about forming a community action group? Wouldn't it be nice is Pico was more like Montana in SM?
We should form a task force, to put an end to these places. More restaurants/stores.
I agree with you Paul. Considering the homes are over a million dollars. We should have more upscale stores. Pico blvd should look like a mini Brentwood.
