Rancho Park, Where Los Angeles Feels Like Home
I do not understand why there are so many homeless people in our neighborhood. I know most of them have been here for years and have no where else to go, but why do they come specifically to Rancho Park?

The homeless issue needs to be addressed.
@michael I mean I wouldn't kick them out because they've been there so long , like the big guy who's usually around the westside pavilion, he's been there since I moved here ( 5 years ago) and maybe longer.
