We are a community non profit homeowners association incorporated in 1971 representing single family home and condo homeowners living between Olympic and Pico on the north and south and between Beverly Glen and Sepulveda on the east and west. We have brought together neighbors to improve, protect and preserve the character of our community and to represent residents before the City on matters pertaining to land use, traffic, public policy, etc. We have monthly board meetings, a large annual meeting and owe our effectiveness to the volunteers, board members and block captains who give their time and effort to make our part of the city a better place to live. If everyone would give a little of their time to help on just one issue or concern, we could do so much more! There is great success when we band together to make a difference.
All are welcome and invited to come to our board meetings held the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30 pm, Chapter (basement) Meeting Room at St. Timothy's Church on Pico just west of Beverly Glen (enter from alley behind the church).
