Rancho Park, Where Los Angeles Feels Like Home
I have seen a rash of graffiti in Rancho Park lately. I think everyone could do their, and curb this problem.

"I see a lot of graffiti in the neighborhood. And I call 311 quite a bit. Also, I have noticed trash around the mall,and have called them on a consistent basis. I want to be more active,in making sure the sidewalks/streets are cleaned. And no more graffiti."

I find that calling 311 gets rid of graffiti fast. When you call an operator transfers your call to the abatement program and they paint it over - which is an important deterrent.
