DWP billing problems

ANYONE THAT IS A DWP CUSTOMER SHOULD READ THIS !!
Friends Check you DWP bills ASAP if it says Estimated call them they are committing Mail Fraud by over billing customers and saying "well you have to tell us that you have been over charged it's up to you to read your bill and catch the mistake."

Make sure to look at your parents and grandparents bills!!

DWP did not read the meters, water or power at my house since October 2013 in my area of PICO/WESTWOOD.
Now tried to hit me with tier 2 prices which is 40% higher than regular rates!!!
They prorated my bill since October because they claim they were understaffed, then came out and got an actual reading of my meters this month and put it altogether instead of spreading it out over the four months they didn't read it, and then said "OUR COMPUTER SYSTEM" ended up putting it into tier 2 which charged me that 40% extra they need to spread it out over the four months they did not read it !!!!
Check your bill and tell them to spread the electrical and WATER over that whole 4 months which is 2 billing cycles, So they can't charge you tier 2 or tier 3 pricing and send you out a new bill!!!

personally- i have been overcharged on my last 3 bills by HUNDREDS of dollars- and each time it says- estimated read. Call DWP and demand that they come and read your meter if your bill is 'estimated'. i was told this could take months, as so many ppl are requesting it, i said; no problem- i'll pay my bill once its done" they had no argument. tjis is happening all over the Westside.
