WHOLE HOUSE SURGE PROTECTORS

The utilities in the Cheviot / Rancho area are old and outdated resulting in outages like we had earlier this week.  A whole house serge protector provided by DWP will prevent electrical panel burn outs caused during incidents like the one this week.  DWP will install a protector when the power enters your home.   The added charge is around $3.99 a month extra.  Our oven panel burned out several times and the appliance repair company recommended a house surge protector. .  We haven't had…

As a long time resident of Rancho Park,  62 years,  I'm getting fed up with the mattress stores and massage parlors that line Pico Boulevard.   Now I hear that the Lazy Boy and Ken Crane site is being turned into a 99¢ store.   Rancho Park and Cheviot Hills is the home to many upscale, sophisticated families and professionals and we deserve better!    Rancho Park / Cheviot Hills homeowners would support an upscale specialty supermarket,  fine restaurants,  a book store and boutiques!   No…
